1. Order Processing & Cold-Chain Dispatch

  • Fulfillment Time: We prepare and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.

  • Dispatch Schedule: To prevent perishable packages from sitting in courier transit hubs over weekends, cold-chain orders are dispatched Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Thursday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

  • Freshness Prep: Meat and seafood orders are custom-portioned, vacuum-sealed, and flash-chilled/frozen prior to packaging.

2. Specialized Cold-Chain Packaging

  • Temperature Protection: We ship all items in heavy-duty, insulated thermal packaging loaded with specialized gel ice packs or dry ice to ensure your items remain at food-safe temperatures throughout transit.

  • Dry Ice Precaution: Packages containing dry ice should be handled with care. Do not touch dry ice with bare hands; allow remaining dry ice to sublimate in a well-ventilated area away from children and pets.

3. International Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We partner with top-tier international express carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivered within 6–13 business days (best suited for shelf-stable or heavily insulated items).

  • Expedited / Rush Fresh Shipping: Delivered within 2–5 business days depending on destination.

  • Recommendation: For raw seafood, fresh prime cuts, and high-perishability items, we strongly recommend selecting Rush Shipping at checkout to guarantee optimal temperature retention.

4. Transparent Shipping Cost Calculation

  • Shipping fees are calculated dynamically in real-time at checkout based on the total volumetric weight of your order, delivery destination, and required thermal packaging.

  • No Hidden Fees: The total delivery cost shown at checkout is final—there are no surprise handling or packaging surcharge fees.

5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Agricultural Regulations

  • Taxes & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, local VAT, or customs clearance fees assessed by your destination country's government. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Agricultural Compliance: Due to local customs and food safety import restrictions regarding animal and marine products, please verify your country’s personal import regulations prior to ordering. PARKER SETH HOLLOWAY cannot be held liable for packages delayed or seized by local agricultural customs.

6. Package Inspection & 48-Hour Freshness Guarantee

Due to the perishable nature of our products, timely inspection upon delivery is vital:

  1. Upon Delivery: Please inspect the outer container immediately upon receipt. If the packaging arrives severely crushed, torn, leaking, or visibly thawed beyond safe limits, please take clear photos/videos and refuse the delivery, then contact us right away.

  2. 48-Hour Claim Window: If you discover any quality defects, missing items, or temperature compromise after opening the package, notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery arrival.

  3. Resolution: Upon reviewing your photos and batch details, we will arrange an immediate product replacement, store credit, or refund. Claims filed past 48 hours without photo documentation may not qualify for compensation.
